Dharma Combat

Includes seven links to martial arts videos!

The latest martial arts video book by Al Case, Dharma Combat goes where no other martial arts book or course has gone: how do you become aware in the middle of combat? Here is the write up…

DHARMA COMBAT Becoming aware in a fight (includes links to seven videos!)

The only martial arts book of its kind, Dharma Combat teaches one how to be aware in combat.

Get in a fight and you’ll be dealing with chaos, and intense emotional stress. Everybody is yelling, there might be more than one person to look out for, weapons, people throwing stuff, screaming…it’s chaos.

So how do you keep a calm mind? How do you stop the emotional spikes and become so calm and intent that you can actually see what is happening, can actually make intelligent decisions…right in the middle of the fight?

Dharma Combat is the only martial arts book in existence that will show you exactly how to do that.

WHAT’S IN THE BOOK…

The book is 141 pages with over 190 illustrations and…links to SEVEN videos!

The book starts out with a unique fighting drill which breaks fighting down to six concepts. Within an hour or two a student will be able to fight realistically, and with a high level of proficiency.

The book continues with a breakdown of the one technique which is common to ALL martial arts, yet practiced by none. This technique is shown in video, and the book illustrates how the simple technique can be used to create virtually every takedown technique in the martial arts.

Finally, the book offers a series of really simple forms, forms that relate directly to fighting. Other martial arts teach you how to fight, and they teach you forms and techniques that have nothing to do with fighting. In Dharma Combat the forms and techniques you learn will be DIRECTLY applicable to fighting.

The book takes you through three levels of the martial arts, the writing is quite inspirational, and ends with recommendations for further training.

This is not a book on strategy or a weighty dissertation on history.

This book will train you intensely…and it will definitely teach you how to keep a calm mind and grow your awareness in the middle of a fight.
